We are always looking for new land opportunities across a wide area comprising of Surrey, West Sussex, Kent, Hampshire, Dorset, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and the outer London Boroughs. 

We are happy to consider any site which has residential or mixed use development potential and which will generate sales income of at least £1m.  We want to hear from anyone with an interest in land including:-

Landowners

You might be a private individual seeking to explore the potential of your house or garden, an Executor seeking to maximise the value of land upon a death,  a company seeking to unlock the residential potential of its commercial property assets or perhaps a farmer or other owner of greenfield land keen to exploit any medium term housing potential.

Builders and Developers

We have an exceptional database of land opportunities within the most attractive geographical sector of the UK housing market, which is the south.  We get on well with most of these landowners having kept quietly in touch with them for years.  We would like to hear from any reputable builder or developer with a specific land requirement in our area of operation.

Residential and Commercial Property Agents

We want to hear from agents instructed to sell land or those who can provide effective introductions to land with residential or mixed use development potential.  We are happy to pay introductory fees and will also re-instruct.
