With the exception of Surrey, Montagu Land has worked on more projects in Berkshire than any other County including developments completed in Windsor, Wraysbury, Maidenhead, Sunningdale, Cookham, Ascot, Reading, Wargrave, Wokingham and Twyford.
What we like about acquiring land in Berkshire is that is a wider range of sites are available including short and medium term opportunities for both brownfield and greenfield development. Local Authorities often have higher housing targets to achieve and as a result planning departments tend to be more pro-development and supportive of the benefits that new housing can bring to an area.
