In the commuter belt districts of Rushmoor, Hart and Basingstoke and Deane in the north through to the more rural districts of Winchester, East Hampshire, Test Valley and New Forest to the urban coastal districts of Southampton, Portsmouth City, Eastleigh, Fareham, Gosport, Portsmouth and Havant we love buying and developing land in Hampshire.
Over the years we have been involved in projects on sites of all sizes including developments completed successfully in Fleet, Hartley Wintney, Oakley, Kinsgclere, Hook and Eastleigh.
We tend to find Local Authorities in Hampshire to be more supportive of residential development and there is a greater willingness to release greenfield sites, unconstrained as much of Hampshire is by Green Belt. Although land and property values tend to be lower than in counties which are closer to London there is always a very good demand for land and new housing.
